Who needs a dozopĀ® dolly?

At dozopĀ® we believe everyone should own a dozopĀ® dolly. Whether it be forĀ home,Ā schoolĀ or atĀ work.Ā 

What is the max. carry weight for a dozopĀ® dolly?

Depending on it’s model every dozopĀ® dolly has a different weight capacity.

Self-Contained Dolly – 250lbs (115kg)
Self-Contained Dolly Mini – 220lbs (100kg)
Self-Contained Dolly Pro – 400lbs (180kg)
Modular 2 Dolly – 165lbs (75kg)
Modular 4 Dolly – 250lbs (115kg)

What is the difference between the standard dolly and a modular dolly?

The difference is that the modular design allows you to assemble and combine the dolly in different shapes, similar to Lego, the design of the modular is giving you the possibility to shape the dolly based on your own needs. The standard dolly does not have the ability to be assembled in different shapes.

I need a spare part for my dolly, what should I do?

There might be a possibility that a specific part of your dolly is lost or damaged. If this happens, please send an email to info@dozop.com or contact us using our Contact form

What if I need to modify my order?

Your order can only be modified unless it is shipped already. In order to do that please send an email to info@dozop.com or contact us using our Contact form

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Address changes can only be made if your order is not yet packed and shipped. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact usĀ as soon as possibleĀ and send the following information to verify your account:

-Order Number
-Registered First and Last name
-Registered address
-Registered phone number

Can I get same day delivery?

Same day deliveries are not available. Our company is offering standart delivery which takes between 2-3 days.

Can I pay online?

Yes, payment can be done with all main payment methods including Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, iDeal, ING Homeā€™Pay, Bank transfer and etc.

Our Dozop portable logistic dollies are durable and long-lasting,if you however are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns and exchanges in 14 days period from the delivery date.

How long is the guarantee period for Dozop?

WeĀ want to ensureĀ you have confidence in the products we produce. That’s why we offer a 12-month guarantee on all of our dollies.
